CODERS' GUIDEBOOK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you access and use our products and content, you’re agreeing to the terms of use set out below:

Introduction

These Terms of Use, as may be amended from time to time, together with any documents, policies, or terms they incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), are entered into by and between you and Coders' Guidebook (“Coders Guidebook”, “we”, or “us”). For these Terms of Use, “you” includes, individually and collectively, you (the user or Customer) and any individual, affiliate, or Business User that is visiting, viewing, using, or accessing the site as a transactional purchaser. To the extent that you have entered into a business agreement, or other written agreement fully executed and signed by an authorised representative of Coders' Guidebook that contains terms that directly conflict with any terms of these Terms of Use, then the conflicting terms outlined in such other agreement will take precedence.

You acknowledge and agree that by (i) visiting, viewing, using, or accessing the Site, (ii) clicking “Agree”, “Purchase”, “Submit”, or similar links, or (iii) signing or confirming a Sales Order or other agreement incorporating these Terms of Use, that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, irrespective of whether you are a guest or a registered user of the Site.

Coders' Guidebook grants you a limited license to access and make use of this site and not to modify it or re-use it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Coders' Guidebook.

At Coders' Guidebook, we endeavour to make all the information on our websites, and especially that relating to our products, as accurate as possible. However, Coders' Guidebook does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you buy or access a product from us that you are unhappy with due to reasons mentioned in our Return and Refund Policy, please contact our Customer Relations Team on hello@codersguidebook.com  and we will do our best to help you.

Digital products and your Coders' Guidebook account

The digital products sold by Coders' Guidebook are for educational purposes only. Neither the product authors and creators nor Coders’ Guidebook accepts any responsibility for any financial/assets losses you may incur while using our products.

You may not imply the product authors and creators or Coders’ Guidebook endorse your product(s) or business without our expressed permission. We do not accept any responsibility for the products or services your business offers. You are encouraged to ensure your products and services are safe and adhere to local ethical guidelines. We do not accept responsibility for any harm or damage caused by your business or the product(s) and the services it offers.

Our products do not offer advice on matters relating to tax and local legislation. You are encouraged to research the laws and requirements of the countries you intend to operate in and sell to. Neither the author nor Coders’ Guidebook accepts any responsibility for failure to adhere to local legislation.

The product authors and creators and Coders’ Guidebook reserve the right to amend or withdraw products and their contents from sale without notice.

The sale, purchase and access of digital products via this website is by a contract between you and us, formed when you have placed an order. Once your order has been placed, the specific product will be available to download immediately on the order success page. If you are signed in to your Coders' Guidebook account at the time of purchase, then you can also access your products in the Your Orders section of your account. The order success page and order confirmation email will also display an order reference number. If you are not signed in to your Coders' Guidebook account at the time of purchase, then you can later link the order with your account by entering the order reference number in the Your Orders section of your account.
Product downloads are monitored. You may not distribute, sell or share our products and services with persons other than yourself without our written permission. If we detect unusual download activity on your account then we may ask you to reset your account password. We reserve the right to suspend your Coders' Guidebook account and restrict your access to our products if you violate our terms and conditions.

Please note that as soon as we confirm your order, it will enter our electronic system and we will be unable to prevent it being dispatched to your account. Also, no refunds or exchanges will be given on products unless the supplied file(s) is/are faulty or a fault occurs during the product(s) being made available to you, i.e. during download. If either case should arise, then you should contact customer support at hello@codersguidebook.com who will be able to resolve this issue for you.

Furthermore, in making a purchase, you agree and recognise that:

Coders’ Guidebook digital product files are safe for download and do not carry any malware that could harm and/or damage the purchaser’s eReader/computer/device or smartphone. However, all product files are bought at the purchaser’s risk, and purchasers should take the necessary steps to ensure the safety of their eReader, computer, device or smartphone.

That the purchaser is solely responsible for the storage of any physical and downloaded content, and that Coders' Guidebook cannot be held responsible for the loss of any of our products, after their initial receipt, i.e. purchases are held at the purchaser’s own risk and that accidentally deleted/damaged files cannot be replaced by Coders’ Guidebook.

You can delete your Coders' Guidebook account at any time by visiting the Your Account section of your online account. Note you will be asked to enter a confirmation code that we will send to your email to confirm you wish to delete your account. Following the deletion of your account, we may continue to store data relating to your account and purchases to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations. User Agreement

Under no circumstance must you misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, spyware, adware, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful or designed to adversely affect the Website. Additionally, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website. Any attempt to do so would be a criminal offence. Coders' Guidebook reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

YOU RECOGNIZE THAT THE TRAFFIC OF DATA THROUGH THE INTERNET MAY CAUSE DELAYS DURING YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE SITE, AND ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR DELAYS THAT ARE ORDINARY IN THE COURSE OF INTERNET USE.
